EVENT COORDINATION
A well-planned event doesn’t take place without a skilled and organized team of individuals who are planning, coordinating, and preparing in advance. Rather than book another vendor, we are thrilled to offer complete coordination services for your wedding or event beginning 90 days prior.
Rest easy knowing that we will take control of all vendor communication in the days leading up to your event. We’ll create and manage your day-of timeline and design a floor plan that considers flow, logistics, and guest experience. Enjoy your rehearsal while we coordinate it, and while you’ll be busy relaxing on your wedding day, we’ll be on-site for up to 12 hours to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
